Free delivery within New Zealand on orders over $150

Delivery and Returns

Our delivery method is signed courier.

Approximate process and delivery time is 7-10 working days but with current courier timeframes this may be longer.

On orders under $150 NZD we offer shipping anywhere in New Zealand for $8.

Free delivery for all NZ orders over $150.

You may only ship to one address per order.

Great Full dispatches orders Monday - Friday NZT (excluding Public Holidays), please allow up a minimum of 2 working days for your order to be processed.

Rural deliveries might take longer. We will let you know if an order may be delayed. As we require a signature upon delivery we suggest supplying a physical address where someone will be available to sign for your item. Outside of New Zealand we can not ship to a PO Box. Urgent deliveries are available through our customer service team via email info@greatfull.co.nz

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Once in transit, we cannot redirect shipments to a new or different address. If you order is returned for an invalid or incorrect address your order will be returned to stock and the order refunded less any shipping charges.

An email confirmation will be sent to you confirming your order once it has been received. The confirmation will be sent within 20 minutes of your order being placed.

Please choose your style and size carefully. We do not offer refunds. We accept exchanges within 14 days for onesies, toddler t shirts and Jams. Please send your product back in its original condition with proof of purchase and pre-paid courier bag and we will provide an exchange - note that shipping cost for any exchange is not included.

Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges or refunds for Bum Hugger item(s) purchased online due to change of mind. In the unlikelihood that an item(s) is sent incorrectly, we do offer an exchange or refund. For faulty item(s), the fault will be assessed by the Great Full team and then either repaired, replaced or refunded. If you’d like to discuss an incorrect or faulty item(s), please email our online team at info@greatfull.co.nz within 3 working days of receiving your order.
